You can borrow up to 90% of the value of your own home or an investment property. You have easy access to your funds via BPAY®, Debit MasterCard® and cheque book.
Only pay interest on what you owe
You have the flexibility to keep the funds in the loan until you need them and only pay interest on the amount you use. This loan is a 5 year interest only line of credit reverting to principal and interest for the remaining term.
Ideal for investors and self employed
This loan doesn't require a minimum repayment each month but still needs to be below the limit when interest is added. This is ideal if your income is irregular.
For loans up to $2m
You can choose to have additional portions for different purposes. These can be principal and interest or interest only.
Valuation $286 per valuation
Discharge $300 plus legal
