Strike while the iron is hot
Due to the demands of day to day living, many people simply don’t have the time to meet with their lender. Being able to complete your application when you can give it your full attention and have all the information on hand is ideal.
Whether it’s 8pm or 8am, you can start your application and then come back to it whenever you want to. We find that more than half of our applications come after hours with a surprisingly high 30% being between 8pm and midnight.
How does it work?
When you register, you will be emailed a secure link that allows you to login to our secure system and input your personal details directly. There’s no need to sign any forms or even upload any documents at this initial stage as these will be requested once you submit your application.
Once your login has been setup, you can commence your application at a time and place that suits you, as well as save and return as often as you like. In the My Application screen (seen below) you can download a pdf detailing the information you have entered as well as securely upload documents via our Secure Portal.
The information required for an application is most often at people’s fingertips at home, such as payslips. Being able to enter your details yourself ensures accuracy rather than relaying it through a third party like a broker or completing a paper form and relying on a data entry person to get all the details correct.

Speeding up approval
As our systems are fully integrated, assessment can occur almost immediately, so borrowers have full approvals at least a day sooner than normal as it cuts out manual processing.
What if you get something wrong?
The online application was designed to speed up the application process, not automate the assessment decision. Your application will be looked at and assessed by a person, not a computer. If you’ve left something out or are not sure about how to answer something, that’s ok. We are here to help customers get the best loan to suit their needs.
