Whilst we will respond to you as quickly as possible, our Internal Dispute Resolution procedure allows 45 days for a full investigation of the complaint and a written final response to be given. If following this final response you feel we haven’t fairly resolved your concern, then you should contact the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) of which State Custodians is a member (Member Number: 400946). This is an external dispute resolution scheme which assists consumers to resolve complaints with their financial services providers.
