State Custodians has introduced a 0.15% Bonus Rate Drop to reward customers who keep their home loans with us for more than 60 months or five years.
“This offer is unique to State Custodians. No other lender is currently offering a bonus rate drop to its customers for their loyalty,” says Director, Heidi Armstrong.
“It will apply immediately to our Standard Variable, Breathe Easy and Line of Credit loans.
“We now offer loans that are five-star rated, award-winning and have arguably the cheapest rates in the market.
“And to top it off we will REDUCE your rate by a further 0.15% once you’ve been a State Custodians customer for 60 months (five years).
