FIVE STARS FOR NINE OF OUR LOANS
A total of nine home loans offered by State Custodians Mortgage Company have earned five-star ratings from Canstar Cannex for 2010.
“Five stars is the highest rating available from Cannex and we are very pleased the integrity and value of our home loans has been recognised with this rating,” says State Custodians director, Heidi Armstrong.
For 2010 the State Custodians home loans with 5-star Canstar Cannex ratings are:
Investment Standard 3 Year Fixed
Investment Standard 5 Year Fixed
Investment Breathe Easy Home Loan
“Our home loan rates are regularly acknowledged in the media as being some of the lowest available in Australia and we strive to deliver outstanding features and service to our borrowers,” says Armstrong.
"Our standard variable rate is currently 6.39% placing us well ahead of all the major banks.
“Our Canstar ratings are further evidence that we offer superior products and excellent value for money,” she says.
