The Australian Home Loan Awards are the biggest consumer voted awards for home loans in Australia. As the first survey of its kind,more than 10,000 Australians took part, rating their current lender across categories including customer service, interest rates, loan features and speed of approval. State Custodians ranked above the major banks in Best Overall Customer Service and won Gold for 3 other loans, with 136 lenders being involved.
